Mel Clifford, MBA, is the Managing Director of CliffordRobbins Ltd and CEO of Bocom International Ltd (trading as I-Channel)

CliffordRobbins Ltd. is a well-established reputable company in the area of supporting and challenging organisations in managing change.  The key focus of our business is Human Resources, Project & Operations Management and Technology.  We actively deliver and support the development needs to all levels within our clients business, while ensuring that the change is sustainable for the client company.

CliffordRobbins Ltd. acts both as the HR function for those companies that would not warrant a full time resource person, whilst at the same time offering HR as an outsourcing option. The company operates in both the public and private sector with our client list containing businesses involved in the provision of Medical, Aviation, Newspaper Publishing, Advertising Tourism, Transport and Distribution, Health, Education and Financial Services.

Mel has carried out several very successful projects for University College Dublin (UCD),National University Ireland Galway (NUIG),Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI) Molecular Medicine Ireland (MMI) and the Austrian Centre for Biopharamceautial Technology. Together with development projects for AMNCH and the Health Service Executive (HSE)

We have developed and implemented strategic business change plans for several companies that has challenged and supported the profitability and sustainability of their business

Bocom International trading as I-Channel is provider of products, services and solutions for business communication systems and digital signage. It is one of the leading digital communications companies in Ireland and was the first company in Ireland to use satellite broadcasting for in company communications and advertising.

Mel is past Chairperson of Health Action Overseas, a charity organisation operating in China and Romania. Mel is also past Chairperson of the Ireland China Association and Mel has work on several companies boards. Mel is a member of the Institute of Project Management Ireland and the Irisn Commercial Meditiation Association.

Mel is currently on a development project in Canada and the USA.
