James Martin - HandsUp Director & Trainer

James is an international trainer, highly experienced workshop facilitator and business mentor who thrives on assisting individuals and organizations in embracing change and achieving success on all levels.

James is a certified NLP Practitioner and a Strategy Results Coach. He is the founder of TeamLife Training International – a leading business training, coaching and mentoring company based in Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim. TeamLife promotes personal and professional development through innovative Team-building and staff development programs, group coaching and progression workshops for business owners as well as providing specialist business seminars, training and coaching.

James has over fifteen years corporate experience across a range of different industries including Nutrition & Health, IT, Recruitment and Training & Development. During this time James has held senior managerial and consultancy positions in international companies both in Ireland and Australia.  He has also been a contract trainer and presenter in many leading Irish academic institutions including UCD, TCD, NUI (Galway), Tallaght IT and Dorset College. In the last three years, James has led teams and coached individuals across four different continents, including countries as diverse as USA (California & Arizona), Australia (Gold Coast), UK (London & Birmingham), Belarus, Georgia, and Uganda (three independent projects).

James is also a graduate of Mastery University and Leadership Academy – a world-renowned authority on Personal and Professional Development, Life & Business Mastery and Servant Leadership.   In April 2007 James was invited to be a ‘Member of the Robbins Research International Trainer Team: facilitating change with small groups of people using RRI human development psychology’. He is the first and only person to hold this exceptional honor in the Republic of Ireland. James delivers keynote addresses on Leadership Strategy, Business Progression, Adopting to Change and Entrepreneurship throughout Ireland.
