Remember "change is in your hands"!

Interesting shifts in areas of change 2008-2009
After conducting several events during 2008/2009 we have noticed the following shifts in areas that individuals would like to make changes in their lives.  Data collected at events over a one year period.

Possible explanation for shifts

• Individuals are holding onto their current jobs and reluctant to make a career move at this point in time.
• There seems to be less chasing of the "get rich quick" and property investments. Individuals are holding onto what they have or trying to mange/survive on what they have.
• Individuals are focused on improving their relationships be that with family, partners, friends and work colleagues.
• Individuals are health conscious and have increase the attention they wish to pay to looking after their physical and mental well being.
• When in difficulty individuals often turn to their spiritual side and seek support.
